Braai'ed lamb chops

If you've been to Stream Africa before, you'll know that Smollan braais chops. Some of the Karoo's finest, marinaded in Dave Smollan's secret concoction that may or may not be soya and balsamic, cooked over hardwood coals.

Get a little bit of German in ya

A delicious Germanic combo of Kassler chops (that's smoked pork), Bratkartoffeln (those are potatoes fried with onions, bacon, and gherkins), and Gurkensalat mit Dill (sweet and sour cucumber salad with creme fraiche and dill) Needs to be accompanied by good beer. Or wine. Wine also works.
