Disruption: Discipline or an art form left to chance
Do people truly have the skills to problem solve and understand the difference between observation and insights that lead to disruptive strategies? Particularly in digital where the convergence of media, technology and creative makes it more complex and challenging...........Or do we simply throw people into a dark room and leave them to 'knit their own yogurt' and hope they emerge with the most disruptive and competitively differentiated solution to the problem!
