The twist: the profits will be used to support and train homeless youth, who will work in your cafe and kitchens. You’ll give them valuable skills and work experience, getting them off the streets and into a better, more prosperous future.
You don’t just want your customers to be loyal. You want them to be advocates for the work the cafe’s doing - among friends, colleagues and through their social networks. You want to change they way people perceive disadvantage, one cup at a time.
