Stream USA 2016 - Health & Wellness
Start as you mean to go on! Join us for a variety of sports and health and wellness activities each morning at Stream. All skill levels and enthusiasm welcome.
Thursday 17th November - 7-8.30am
Friday 18th November - 7-8.30am
The first morning sessions don’t start until 9am, which allows you 30mins to freshen up before the day begins.
Power Walks (approx 2 miles) - meet in the Village
Run (approx 5 miles) - meet in the Village
Lap Swimming - meet at the pool
Tennis - meet at the courts (2 courts reserved)
Yoga/Meditation/Pilates - meet at the Yoga Studio at the Spa (15 pax)
Spinning - meet at the Gym at the Spa
Golf - Driving Range Practice - meet at the Golf Clubhouse
We are on the look-out for streamers to lead these activities! And so far have always found instructors within our group who like to do this. So if you are happy to lead a health and wellness/sport session please let us know.
You do not need to pre-register to take part in any of the activities... except for Yoga, Tennis and Spinning, where we have limited spaces. You’ll be able to sign up for all the classes when you register onsite on Wednesday 16th, with spaces allocated on a first come first serve basis.
We recommend bringing your sports kit! We expect it to be around 60-70 degrees and sunny. Yoga mats, tennis rackets and golf equipment will be provided onsite.
