In a digital world is it still useful to ask consumers questions ?
Behavioral, digital, social… With all that stuff we know a lot about consumers, what they “like”, what they do, etc. so why keep surveying them ?
It feels there is no need to ask them questions… or maybe yes ?!
Is that the end of traditional market research and consumer surveys ?
