As tech-based innovations continue to get delivered in top-down fashion, many tech entrepreneurs and companies seek/find early and more rapid adoption occurring in emerged markets.
Delivery to emerging markets follows that only in the name of 'international' expansion with accompanying products enjoying 'localization' by way of expanded language offerings. This approach usually ignores the needs of the local consumer.
