Coin Parottas, Erachi Ularthiyatha and Toddy

Prasanth (aka PK) and I will be cooking a few of Kerala’s favourite dishes. Coin parothas and Ularthiyathu Errachi (a traditional meat fry ). And true to Mallu tradition, “oru small” Toddy shot to ensure the true flavour of God’s own country is complete.
