Calling all athletes and fitness enthusiasts! There will be morning runs, yoga, team games and more at Stream. Sign up below to name your sport of choice and we’ll do our best to arrange it onsite.

Thursday 15th and Friday 16th mornings 07:00 - 08:30

Cycling - sponsored by Turner - on Thursday morning only - there will be 10 mountain bikes, 10 drop handle road bikes and 10 plus sit up and beg bikes. Each group will have their own leader provided. If you would like to do this - please sign up with and let her know your height and preference of bikes.

Gentle cycling using hotel bikes is available both mornings.
Tennis - rackets and balls are provided at the hotel
Yoga - there is a studio available
Spin in the Gym
Swim at either the Spa pool (two lanes only ) or the larger indigo pool towels will be available at the pools.
Golf - there is a driving range - if you would like to hit balls for 30 mins in the morning - the club is open to all its regular customers - so it is first come first served. Clubs and balls to hire.
