A-Z Dictionary of Change 2010
by Bates 141
The world is a very changed place since 2009. Change that is marked by opposing forces of slowdown and growth.
Bates 141’s “A-Z Dictionary of Change 2010” is an annual handbook containing words and concepts that are changing the way people live, work, play and learn.
This is the second edition, following our very successful inaugural version, which was awarded the top honor (Grand Prix) at the 2009 WPP global Atticus awards recognizing the best in original thinking.
With 110 ChangeWords happening across the globe and in Asia, spanning 15 categories, we hope to inspire new ideas on how brands can engage and convert the consumer base.
About Bates 141As the world’s largest Asia-devoted communications agency, we exist in the fastest changing, most exciting region on the planet. Operating in today’s hyper-connected world means that we are able to monitor global changes and apply them locally. But the really interesting changes are also happening right here, in the cities, towns and villages of the Asias.
Our Change Agents are on the ground, across the region, spotting, understanding and interpreting this constant change.
That is why we have published the second edition of the “Dictionary of Change” – to share a new perspective on change with words and concepts that capture irreversible shifts in the marketplace so businesses can transform the way products, distribution channels, pricing strategies and brand experiences are devised and implemented.
